The Appliance Shop delivers nationwide across South Africa. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Delivery timeframes

Orders are typically fulfilled and dispatched within 24 hours, with delivery within 2–5 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Special order items may take up to 14 days. Outlying areas may experience an additional 24-hour delay, and deliveries may take slightly longer over the festive season due to courier volumes and public holidays.

Our courier partners

We deliver through DSV, Courier-IT and The Courier Guy. Smaller items may also be delivered via the DSV Locker Network for convenient self-collection.

Delivery cost

Delivery is from R99, calculated based on the size, weight and volumetric weight of your order as assessed by our couriers. Delivery fees may vary from time to time due to fluctuating fuel and logistics costs. Rural or outlying areas may incur an additional surcharge — if this applies to your order, we'll let you know within 24 hours of placing it.

Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Certain "high risk" areas may require special delivery arrangements, which our courier or customer care team will arrange with you directly.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email. You can also track your delivery directly with our courier partners:

• The Courier Guy tracking portal

Important to know

• Orders placed using a Buy Now, Pay Later or instalment provider may only begin processing once that provider has confirmed approval.
• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're not able to take responsibility for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect address details.
• For security, our couriers will not leave parcels with neighbours or security personnel, and orders are only released to the named addressee unless we've received your written confirmation to release it to someone else.
