Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes you will receive the same product.  It does however happen that models change within various markets particularly with imported goods, at which should there be a difference to your product we will advise you accordingly at which you could either accept or reject your order

Where can I view my sales receipt?

By logging on to our site and creating an account all purchase history will be retained in line with Global and South African Privacy Regulations.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We will restock items that are out of stock provided these are active and not discontinued by the OEM Manufacturer or Vendor.

How does shipping work?

We endeavour to despatch all orders within our SLA.  In most cases and based on stock availability orders are despatched within 24 to 36 Hours after purchase except over weekend where we have no warehouse access nor courier services available.  We make use of The Courier Guy for smaller parcels and Relyant Express for large appliances.  Once products are shipped, you will be able to track and trace on the courier portal.
